commission process

Currently all commission applicants will be put on a wait list until I initiate the commission process by sending them a confirmation email. In that email we will discuss the details of your commission, answer any questions and you may send any additional references that you were unable to add in the form.When we've agree upon the details and price I will then send an invoice via Paypal.

REGULAR COMMThe commission progress begins once the invoice minimum is paid.Depending on the discussed details and the overall scope of the commission you'll first receive a basic sketch or a series of thumbnails.Once okayed you will then receive the initial color layout or color thumbnails.At that point I'll start lining, cleaning and rendering the art piece, with regular updates.At every step in this process you will be able to make decisions on the piece or ask for changes and adjustments. All process images are low resolution and watermarked.Once completed I will notify you and ask for the invoice to be paid in full if it isn't already before sending the full resolution art piece.

SKEB COMMThe commission progress begins once the invoice minimum is paid.It is up to me to interpret the commission details to the best of my ability while trying to make the most appealing art possible for the commission tier. You will be leaving the artistic decisions fully up to me as the artist with no input beyond the initial emails and form.Once finished I will email you the image and ask for any minor adjustments. Feel free to ask if an adjustment is too big or not.You'll receive the final version of the art piece once any necessary adjustments are made.

DISCLAIMERSI, as the artist, reserve the right to reject a commission.Payments are only accepted via PayPal.**WILL DO: OCs, robots, monsters, complex armor, animals, anthros, light nsfw**WILL NOT DO: Porn, fetish work, incestuous /pedophilic relationshipsIf there is an error or updated needed on a previous form feel free to resubmit with the addition of [FORM UPDATE] in the ' brief description of the commission ' field.What's the difference between Regular and Skeb commissions?

PAYMENT & FEESI will invoice the client via PayPal once we've established commission details.For regular & skeb commissions 99 USD and under, payment in full is expected prior to receipt of the initial sketch in the case of regular comms or to start working on skeb comms.Regular & skeb commissions 100 USD and over must pay a minimum down payment, dependant on the estimated price, with an agreed upon payment plan in place for the initial sketch for regular comms and to begin work for skeb comms.Full payment is due before receipt of the the finalized commission.Final price may change depending on complexity of the commission or extensive revisions. If the client accrues additional fees those will be sent in a separate invoice.Regular commissions are eligible for 2 large revisions. (i.e. changing a pose) Small revisions (i.e. adjusting an expression or color ) do not affect this. Feel free to inquire what counts as a large revision.Skeb commissions are eligible for minor revisions.Tipping is always an option but never required.

TIMECommissions can take up to 8 weeks from the time the sketch is approved for regular commissions or the details finalized for skeb commissions. This does not include major revisions.Larger, more complex commissions like illustrations will take longer and the time will be dependant on the client's needs and payment plan.Any commission that is required quicker than the projected date will cost extra, price to be discussed depending on time limit and complexity of the commission.

REFERENCESPlease provide references for all relevant characters, locations and key objects included in the commission.Any design work (as in extended back and forth over the design of a character, location or object) will cost extra.References can be provided via email or linked in the appropriate section of the commission form and via email.

CONTACTOnce commissions are closed you will be put on a wait list until I can start your commission where you will receive a confirmation email.If the client does not reply to the confirmation email within 52 hours I will assume the client is unavailable and put them back on the wait list. If this happens twice with no reply they will be taken off the wait list.Contact over official details of the commission may only occur over email for record keeping purposes. Discord, social media or other such forms of messaging will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSCancellations are accepted prior to finalizing the sketch, in which case 50% of the original price will be refunded.Once the lineart/painting process has begun there will be no refunds.Skeb commissions will not be refunded.

ART USAGEI reserve the right to post commissions on my art sites.Unless a commercial license is purchased, the client may not use the commissioned art for profit. It is for personal use only. Any and all commercial usages must be discussed and okayed by the artist prior to its use.If the client posts their commission they are required to credit me as the artist. The watermark must not be removed.I do not consent to have my work be used for NFTs or general AI technologies.
