All commission applicants will be put on a wait list until I initiate the commission process by sending them a confirmation email. In that email we will discuss the details of your commission, answer any questions and you may send any additional references that you were unable to add in the form.When we've agree upon the details and price I will then send an invoice via Paypal.Chibis & Minis take approximately 1-4 weeks from the point of payment.Busts, Full Body and Illustration can take up to 8 weeks. Extensive revisions will elongate the process.
REGULAR COMMThe commission progress begins once the invoice minimum is paid.Depending on the discussed details and the overall scope of the commission you'll first receive a basic sketch or a series of thumbnails.You'll receive updates at every step in the process for you to go over and give input or ask for revisions. As the client you'll have more control of the piece's final look.Once completed I will notify you and ask for the invoice to be paid in full if it isn't already before sending the full resolution art piece.
SKEB COMMThe commission progress begins once the invoice minimum is paid.You will be leaving the artistic decisions fully up to me as the artist with no input beyond the initial emails/form and minor adjustments of the finished piece.I'll be doing my best to give you an appealing finished art piece!
TIMECommissions can take up to 8 weeks from the time the sketch is approved for regular commissions or the details finalized for skeb commissions. This does not include major revisions.Any commission that is required at an expedited pace will cost extra, to be discussed based on the time constraints.
REFERENCESPlease provide references for all relevant characters, locations and key objects included in the commission.Any design work, as in extended back and forth over the design of a character, location or object, will cost extra.
CONTACTContact over official details may only occur over email for record keeping purposes.If the client does not respond to the initial commission email within a weeks time they will be assumed unavailable and I will move on to the next client. They will receive a new initial email at a different time.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSCancellations of regular commissions can be discussed, with a maximum of 80% refund after the finalization of the sketch.Skeb commissions can not be refundedIf I cannot finish the commission for whatever reason 100% of the cost will be refunded to the client.
ART USAGEI reserve the right to post commissions on my art sites.Unless a commercial license is purchased, the client may not use the commissioned art for profit. It is for personal use only. Any and all commercial usages must be discussed and okayed by the artist prior to its use.If the client posts their commission they are required to credit me as the artist. The watermark must not be removed.I do not consent to have my work be used for NFTs or general AI technologies.
